55. The programme replaces the programme established by the Regulation respecting social aid granted to Cree hunters, fishermen and trappers, beneficiaries of the Agreement concerning James Bay and Northern Québec made, under subparagraphs a, b, e, o, r and v of section 48 of the Social Aid Act, by Order-in-council 2934, 1976.
