51. The Cree Hunters and Trappers Income Security Board replaces the Cree Hunters, Fishermen and Trappers Income Security Board established by section 2 of the Regulation respecting the Cree Hunters, Fishermen and Trappers Income Security Board made under section 48a of the Social Aid Act by Order-in-council 2930, 1976, and, for such purpose, it acquires the rights of that body and assumes the obligations thereof.
