S-25.01 - Act respecting mixed enterprise companies in the municipal sector

Disposition versions
60. Notwithstanding section 239 of the Business Corporations Act (chapter S-31.1), the shareholders of the mixed enterprise company shall appoint an auditor, in accordance with section 231 of that Act.
60. Notwithstanding sections 123.98 to 123.100 of the Companies Act (chapter C-38), the shareholders of the mixed enterprise company shall appoint an auditor, in accordance with section 123.97 of that Act.
