Section 17
Disposition versions
17. At least two-thirds of the members of the board of directors, including the chairman of the board and the president of the company, must be domiciled in Québec.
17. Each member of the board of directors, including the president, shall remain in office after the expiration of his term until he has been replaced or re-appointed.
Except in the case of the president or a permanent officer, every vacancy occurring during a term of office shall be filled for the unexpired portion of the term of the member to be replaced.
