19. The Société shall carry out the objects set out in subparagraphs 1 to 5 of the first paragraph of section 18 within the scope of a water purification program elaborated under section 2 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q‐2) and approved by the Government.
The Société shall carry out the objects set out in subparagraphs 6 and 7 of the first paragraph of section 18 within the scope of a program referred to in the first paragraph or within the scope of any other program approved by the Government.
The Société shall carry out the objects set out in subparagraphs 8 and 9 of the first paragraph of section 18 within the scope of a program elaborated by the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy.
