29. Only major Inuit members affiliated with each Inuit community, in accordance with the Act respecting Cree, Inuit and Naskapi Native persons (chapter A-33.1), may vote in the election of a representative of such community to the board. Each major member has only one vote and may vote in person or by proxy. Only a member entitled to vote may act as proxy.
For the purpose of the application of this Act, no one may hold more than ten procurations.
