23.0.13.1. Subparagraph 6 of the first paragraph of section 9 of the Public Administration Act (chapter A-6.01) and sections 35 and 40 of the Act respecting the governance of state-owned enterprises (chapter G-1.02) do not apply to the Société in the exercise of its functions as trustee.
