Section 93 Disposition versions

93. Not later than 1 March each year, the employer must furnish to Retraite Québec a report setting out

(1)  the amount of the total remuneration paid to each pensioner during the preceding year or that would have been paid to him had he not been receiving salary insurance benefits;

(2)  any other information required by Retraite Québec.
