24. The Minister makes available to the public a register of cooperatives and federations of cooperatives holding a qualification certificate issued under this Act or under section 5.5 of Schedule C to the Act respecting the sectoral parameters of certain fiscal measures (chapter P-5.1) and of those whose qualification certificate has been revoked.
