Disposition versions
51. Exclusive distribution rights confer on the holder, within the territory where they obtain and to the exclusion of any other person or partnership, the right to operate a distribution system and the right to transmit and deliver piped natural gas intended for consumption.
Exclusive distribution rights do not confer the exclusive right to purchase, sell or store natural gas.
