R-26.2.1 - Act respecting the restructuring of university-sector defined benefit pension plans

Disposition versions
84. When a stabilization fund is established in a pension plan under section 38.6 of the Regulation respecting the funding of pension plans of the municipal and university sectors (chapter R-15.1, r. 2), the stabilization fund referred to in section 13 is deemed to be established. The provisions of this Act apply with respect to the fund from 1 January 2018 or from any earlier date agreed on by the employer and active members.
Service prior to the establishment of the fund is deemed to be the service prior to the plan for the purposes of this Act.
