29. The Commission shall, not later than the last of day the thirteenth month preceding the expiry date of a collective agreement made under section 47, cause to be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec and in a French daily newspaper, the name of each association mentioned in section 28 that has presented an application to the Commission.

29. The board shall ascertain whether the applicant is an association within the meaning of paragraph a of section 1.
The board shall, not later than the last day of the seventh month preceding the expiry date of the decree, cause to be published a list of the associations contemplated in the preceding paragraph in the Gazette officielle du Québec and in a French newspaper published throughout Québec.
