123.4. For the purposes of this Act and the regulations, the Commission may obtain from a body that is subject to the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1) any information or document in its possession relating to the carrying out of construction work and to the persons who carry out such work or cause such work to be carried out and the body shall furnish such information or document to the Commission in accordance with that Act.

For the purposes of this Act and the regulations, the Commission may obtain from the Minister of Manpower, Income Security and Vocational Training, the Minister of Labour and the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, any information and document in their possession relating to the performance of construction work and the persons who perform or cause such work to be performed, which shall be provided to the Commission in accordance with the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1).
