7. (1) Whenever such police, order and supervision services are deemed necessary, the cost thereof shall be paid by the directors of the establishments concerned. The municipal council may, for such purpose, establish a tariff of costs for the remuneration of the municipal firemen and policemen on duty during the performances or during the attendance of the public in such establishments.
(2) If the council deems expedient, it may, however, secure the policing, order and safety of such establishments by means of firefighters and agents chosen outside of the municipal police force or the municipal fire safety service, but, in such case, such firefighters and agents shall be accepted by it and wear such special uniform as it shall order.
