5. Retraite Québec sends a plan administrator whose application for registration meets the requirements prescribed by this Act an acknowledgement of receipt showing the date of receipt of the application.
If the application for registration is incomplete, Retraite Québec notifies the administrator and specifies the information which remains to be filed.
