R-15 - Act respecting complementary social benefits plans in the construction industry

4. From the same date, the construction board shall of right replace the Board:
(a) without continuance of suit in any pending case regarding the application of the Act respecting supplemental pension plans (chapter R-17) in the construction industry;
(b) in the agreement made 7 April 1970 with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, pursuant to order in council No. 1459 dated 25 March 1970.
