Section 99.14 Disposition versions

99.14. The amounts added under section 99.11 are adjusted annually, at the time prescribed under section 119 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9), by the excess of the rate of increase in the Pension Index determined by the said Act over 3%.

However, the first adjustment of the amount contemplated in subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of section 99.11 is made in the same proportion as that of the first adjustment of the regular pension established in accordance with section 64.1.

99.14. The amounts added under section 99.11 are indexed annually, at the time prescribed under section 119 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9),

(1)  in the case of the amount allocated under subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 99.11, by the rate of increase in the Pension Index determined by the said Act;

(2)  in the case of the amounts allocated under subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of the said section, by the excess of that rate over 3 %.

The first indexing of the amount contemplated in subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph is made in the same proportion as that of the first indexing of the regular pension established in accordance with section 64.1.
