40. (Repealed).

40. In no case may a pension be reduced as provided in section 38 by an amount greater than the basic amount of the pension paid under the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9) or under a similar plan within the meaning of section 1 of that Act to which the teacher is entitled or would be entitled upon retiring from regular employment.
