30.4. If the pensioner who has reached the age of sixty-five years continues to hold an office or employment contemplated by the Civil Service Superannuation Plan and if the rules of section 63.2 of the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan (chapter R-12) do not apply, he may elect to contribute to the said plan and the rules provided in sections 80.1 to 80.6 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10) apply, mutatismutandis.
