If the person holds or again holds pensionable employment under section 207 at 65 years of age or over, the provisions of the retirement plans respecting the return to work of a pensioner 65 years of age or over apply or, if the person is a pensioner under the Pension Plan of Management Personnel, the provisions of Chapter VII of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel (chapter R-12.1) apply or, if the person is a pensioner under the Pension Plan of Peace Officers in Correctional Services, the provisions of Chapter V of the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Peace Officers in Correctional Services (chapter R-9.2) apply.
