64.4. The Commission may, upon the application of any person, change all or some of the prices published by the operator. It may also inquire into any matter pertaining to the application.
For that purpose, the Commission has the same powers and immunity as those provided in the Act respecting the Commission municipale (chapter C-35).

64.4. The Deputy Minister shall, before fixing rates under section 64.1 or 64.3, inform and hear the operator of the waste elimination site, the municipalities likely to be concerned by such decision, and the persons carrying waste to the contemplated elimination site.
