41. Every municipality may, with the Minister’s authorization, acquire by agreement or expropriation immovables or real rights located outside its territory that are required to set up a water management or treatment facility or to develop or protect a water withdrawal site.

41. Every municipality may, with the authorization of the Minister, acquire, by mutual agreement or by expropriation, the sources of water supply and other immovables or real rights located outside its territory and required for the installation of a waterworks or sewer system or a water treatment plant or for the installation or protection of a water-supply intake.

41. Every municipality may with the authorization of the Minister acquire by agreement or expropriation sources of water supply and other immoveables situated outside its territory required for the construction of a waterworks or sewer system or the establishment of a water treatment plant.
