174. Unless the context indicates otherwise, in any other provision of an Act or a regulation, a reference to the Crime Victims Compensation Act (chapter I-6) is replaced by a reference to the Act to assist persons who are victims of criminal offences and to facilitate their recovery (chapter P-9.2.1).
