77. (Repealed).

77. It is forbidden for the members of the personnel of the holder of a bar permit and for every person who participates in a show in a bar to mingle with the patrons, drink and dance with them or sit at the same table or counter with them.
This section does not apply to the holder of a permit, his consort or his children of full age nor to the person entrusted to manage the establishment.
