24. (Repealed).

24. The Régie may, in plenary session, adopt rules for its internal management, determine the form and tenor of permits, and prescribe any form designed to facilitate the application of this Act and the regulations.
These rules, permits and forms have effect only if they are approved by the Minister of Public Security.
