Section 76 Disposition versions

76. The permit becomes void

(1)  if it is transferred or alienated;

(2)  if the lot or part of a lot contemplated in the permit is transferred or alienated;

(3)  if the operation of the permit holder or his interests in that operation are transferred or alienated.
