85. (Repealed).

85. The functions of the advisory body shall be:
(a)  to advise and make suggestions to the Minister on any matter he sees fit to submit to it;
(b)  to study at the Minister’s request any problem respecting the application of this act and to submit reports and suggestions in this respect to the Minister;
(c)  to exercise any other advisory function which the Gouvernement may confer upon it.
