156. The Minister of Justice is responsible for the administration of sections 23 to 27, 47, 73 to 131, 131.15, 131.17, 134 to 136, 154 and 155, except with respect to the director’s intervention under section 95.0.1 or 131.17. The Minister of Health and Social Services is responsible for the administration of the other sections of this Act.

The Minister responsible for Social Services exercises the functions and responsibilities of the Minister of Health and Social Services in respect of child and youth protection provided for in this Act. Order in Council 1652-2022 dated 20 October 2022, (2022) 154 G.O. 2 (French), 6520.

The Minister of Relations with the Citizens and Immigration is responsible for the application of sections 23 to 27.
