60. (Repealed).

60. The Board shall report not later than the last day in May each year to the Minister on its activities under this act during the preceding year.
Such report shall contain all the information which the Government may prescribe.
Such report shall be laid before the National Assembly forthwith if it is in session, or if not, within fifteen days after the opening of the next session. That part of such report relating to the application of sections 19 to 22 shall also be sent forthwith to the Inspector General of Financial Institutions.
