311. Every person who contravenes the provisions of any of sections 190, 260 to 262, 272, 286, 288, 289.2 and 289.20 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $500 to $10,000.

311. Every person who contravenes the provisions of any of sections 190, 260 to 262, 272, 286, 288 and 289.20 and the first paragraph of section 289.2 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $500 to $10,000.
