Disposition versions
205. An integrated health and social services centre that succeeds an institution indicated in a program developed under section 348 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2), in force on 31 March 2015, or whose board of directors administers a grouped institution indicated in such a program must provide access, in the English language for English-speaking persons, to the services mentioned in the program until a new program is approved under the second paragraph of section 76 of this Act. An unamalgamated institution indicated in such a program and an institution to which services mentioned in such a program are transferred are bound by the same obligation.
