1. The Minister of Financial Institutions and Cooperatives shall have charge of the direction and administration of the Ministère des Institutions financières et Coopératives.

1. The Minister of Consumer Affairs, Cooperatives and Financial Institutions, in this act called “the Minister”, shall have charge of the management and administration of the Ministère des consommateurs, coopératives et institutions financières.
