4. The Minister shall table in the National Assembly a report of the activities of the department for each fiscal year within six months of the end of the fiscal year or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 30 days of resumption.
4. Within fifteen days after the opening of each session, the Minister shall submit to the Legislature a detailed report of the activities of his department during the preceding fiscal year.
The statistics and other information necessary for the preparation of such report shall be given to him, before 31 August each year, by the school boards and by every educational institution, in accordance with the forms that he shall supply for such purpose.
