Disposition versions
101. Proceedings to which the Minister of Education, the Deputy Minister of Education or any public servant of the Ministère de l’Éducation is a party and which relate to matters devolved to the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology are continued, without continuance of suit, by him or, if the Government decides otherwise, by another person.
