15. Sections 211 to 223 of the Sustainable Forest Development Act (chapter A-18.1) apply, with the necessary modifications, to lands under the authority of the Minister and the powers conferred therein are exercised by the Minister or by any employee of the department generally or specially authorized by him for that purpose.

Sections 187 to 206 of the Forest Act (chapter F-4.1) apply, with the necessary modifications, to lands under the authority of the Minister and the powers conferred therein are exercised by the Minister or by any employee of the department generally or specially authorized by him for that purpose.

15. Sections 82 to 87 of the Lands and Forests Act (chapter T-9) apply, mutatis mutandis, to lands under the authority of the Minister and the powers conferred therein are exercised by the Minister or by any employee of the department generally or specially authorized by him for that purpose.

15. Any employee of the department authorized generally or specially for such purpose by the Minister has, over colonization lands, the powers conferred upon an officer of the service forestier under section 84 of the Lands and Forests Act (chapter T-9).
