Disposition versions
79. For the purposes of sections 75 to 78, where the work performed is insufficient to permit the renewal of an exclusive exploration right, the holder of an exclusive exploration right may, within 15 days of being so notified by the Minister, submit a new application for renewal.
If the holder of an exclusive exploration right fails to do so, the application for renewal shall be amended by the Minister according to the rules prescribed by regulation.

If the claim holder fails to do so, the application for renewal shall be amended by the Minister according to the rules prescribed by regulation.
