213.2. The Minister may subject mining rights or the renewal of mining rights to the conditions and obligations he determines where the land subject to such rights is situated in a territory delimited, by ministerial order, for non-exclusive purposes of recreation, tourism or plant-life or wildlife conservation or the preservation of an exceptional forest ecosystem classified by the Minister.
