7. The Government may make regulations for the carrying out of this act and in particular:(a) determine the conditions for competitions and for the awards of the Order of Forestry Merit;
(b) prescribe the form of the decorations attached to the various titles of the order: medals, diplomas, rosettes or ribbons;
(c) create a division of the Order of Forestry Merit for young sons of farmers, settlers or land owners and provide special distinctions for them, different from those of section 3 of this act.
