Section 34.1
Disposition versions
34.1. A person authorized by the Minister may, in a request sent by registered mail or by personal service, require the operator of a place or business to submit any information or document relating to the application of this Act or the regulations, by registered mail or by personal service, within a reasonable time period specified by the person.
The person to whom the request is made shall comply with it within the time period specified even if the person has already submitted such information or document or answered a similar request made under this Act.
34.1.
