38. The Attorney General may apply to a judge of the Superior Court for the issue of a writ of injunction against any person who keeps or operates a place of amusement without a licence, ordering him to cease keeping or operating such place of amusement.
He may also apply to a judge of the Superior Court for the issue of a writ of injunction against any person who publicizes a place of amusement or arranges it contrary to section 29, ordering him to cease such publicity or arrangement.
The Attorney General is exempt from the obligation of giving security to obtain a writ of injunction under this section. In all other respects the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure respecting writs of injunction shall apply to such writ of injunction.
