76. In addition to the indemnity and allowance contemplated in sections 70 and 78, an annual indemnity equal to the product of the indemnity contemplated in section 70 and .90 shall be granted to the member occupying the recognized position of Leader of the Official Opposition in the Assemblé nationale.

The indemnity granted under section 76 of this act cannot be less than the indemnity that was granted for the year 1978. (1978, c. 11, s. 11).
76.
