74. A deduction of one hundred dollars shall be made from such indemnity for every day beyond ten on which a member does not attend a sitting of the National Assembly.
But in the case of a member elected after the commencement of a session, no day of sitting previous to his election shall be reckoned as a day of absence.
Any day on which a member is prevented from attending a sitting of the National Assembly by reason of illness, maternity or official activity shall not be considered a day of absence from a sitting.
