73. The payment of a pension by the Gouvernement du Québec or by any commission or board under such Government shall cease while the beneficiary is entitled to a sessional indemnity.
Nevertheless, if the sessional indemnity, including any additional indemnity, is less than the amount of the pension, the beneficiary shall continue to receive the difference.
This section shall not apply to the cases contemplated in section 96 of this act or in section 105 of the Courts of Justice Act (chapter T-16).
