48. Excepting for a breach of the provisions of this subdivision, no member of the National Assembly may be arrested, detained or molested for contempt of court during any session or during the twenty days preceding or following such session.
Every such arrest, detention or molestation shall be an infringement of the provisions of this subdivision.
