42.1. Subject to section 42, the staff of the National Assembly is appointed and remunerated in accordance with the Civil Service Act (chapter F-3.1).
The Secretary General of the National Assembly exercises in respect of that staff the powers vested in the deputy minister by the Civil Service Act.
