39. In addition to the indemnity and allowance contemplated in sections 70 and 78, the parliamentary assistant shall receive an annual indemnity equal to the product of the indemnity contemplated in section 70 and .20.

The indemnity granted under section 39 of this act cannot be less than the indemnity that was granted for the year 1978. (1978, c. 11, s. 11).
