60. A public servant appointed as a member of the Tribunal ceases to be a public servant.

60. A public servant appointed as a member of the Tribunal ceases to be subject to the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1) for all matters concerning such office; for the duration of his term of office, he is on full leave without pay for the purpose of performing his duties of office.
