66. The permit-holder shall not change the location of the establishment or the room in an establishment where the permit is in use, unless previously authorized by the Commission and, failing such authorization, the rights conferred by the permit may be suspended by the Commission until the required authorization has been granted, unless the permit-holder shows that the change had to be made, without awaiting the permission of the Commission, due to circumstances equivalent to superior force.
In the case of an application to change the location of an establishment, the Commission may defer its decision until after a public hearing, and sections 34 to 48 shall apply, mutatismutandis, to such hearing.
