Disposition versions
58. (Repealed).
58. The Commission may cancel a permit:
(a) if it appears that the permit-holder has transferred it contrary to this act;
(b) when the permit is used on account of a person other than its holder, except in the case where a permit is granted to a person on behalf of a corporation, partnership, cooperative syndicate, cooperative association, association of apple-growers or club, in accordance with section 31.
