122. (Repealed).

122. Whenever the penalty for an offence committed consists of imprisonment only and the offender is a corporation or a partnership, that penalty is replaced by a fine of $5 750, in addition to the costs.

122. Whenever the penalty for an offence committed consists of imprisonment only and the offender is a corporation or a partnership, that penalty is replaced by a fine of $5 000, in addition to the costs.

122. Whenever the penalty for an offence committed consists of imprisonment only and the offender is a joint-stock company, such penalty shall be replaced by a fine of five thousand dollars, in addition to the costs.
